Frequently asked questions
Where can I park? There is parking for 2 cars on the drive and a garage.
How can I pay? You can pay by cheque payable to Judith Ward or by BACS.
How do you confirm bookings? An email will be sent to you usually within 24 hours of receiving payment.
Are bed linen and towels provided? Yes, all bed linen, bath towels and hand towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Do you accept pets? Yes we accept one well behaved pet. We just ask that you keep pets out of the bedrooms and off the furniture.
Where is the nearest Supermarket? There is a Spar in Blakeney which has a good selection of basics. Budgens in Holt is a good size and has a large car park accessed off the main A148. There is a Morrisons in Cromer and Fakenham and a Tesco in Sherringham on the A148.
When is your changeover day? Our changeover day is Saturday, but short breaks with flexible changeover days can be booked usually outside the main holiday season.
Can we check in early? If you would like an early check-in it may be possible by agreement with the cleaning agency. Again out of season we can often be more flexible.
Do we have to check out by 10am? Yes, as this gives time for cleaning and resolving of any problems arising between lets.
Where do we get the keys from? The keys will be posted out to you about 2 weeks before the start date of your stay along with return postage.
Do you take a damage deposit? No we don't but we would expect you to pay for damage as outlined in the booking conditions. We don't charge for minor breakages of china and glasses.
When is the balance due? The balance is due 6 weeks before the start date of your stay.
